Product Description
         This product is an effective and non-toxic industrial anticorrosive disinfectant with broad spectrum. The product has no heavy metal or formaldehyde content and can enter the interior of cell by piercing through cell wall and be bound with base in nucleic acids. In this way, it can inhibit the reproduction of microbe or eliminate microbes. The product can also prevent the damage of microbes effectively and has a long storage time. It is widely applied in the production and storage process of various water-based paints, coating additives, leather additives, papermaking and papermaking additives, daily cosmetics and other water –based organic products. It can address a series of quality problems arising out of invasion of microbes effectively.
Usage and Storage
         This product is liquid and may be added into the material with a temperature of 50℃ directly. Keep stirring until it becomes smooth.
         1、In case of common daily cosmetics, use 0.2-0.3‰
         2、In case of water-based emulsion varnish, use 0.5-1.8‰
         3、In case of papermaking and stock, use 10-15ppm; clean water 7-10ppm; additives or stuffingmaterial 0.2-1.0‰
         Where sterilization and bacteriostasis functions are needed simultaneously, dosage can be tuned on the basis of two times of the aforesaid dosage.
         Wear protective clothes, rubber glove, protective glasses and mask. Prevent it contacting your skin. In case of spill on your skin, flush with clean water and soap.
         This product has a guarantee period of one year under normal temperature by keeping out of the sun. For production date, see the batch number.
Packing Specification
         25kg/barrel or 200kg/ barrel; package as per customer’s requirements is also available.
